Nettle Leaf is nutritious, anti inflammatory, anti allergenic. It contains boron, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, potassium and strontium, beta-carotene, chlorophyll, quercetin, rutin, lutein and zeaxanthin, vitamin A, vitamin K.
Nettle Seed is thought to have energising and cheering effects and some herbalists use it in kidney and prostate conditions.
