This tea is a blend of Oatstraw, Lady’s Mantle, Rose, Chamomile, Lemon Balm and Nettle. It will calm the nerves and balance the hormones. I recommend drinking 2 to 3 cups a day just before you would normally experience PMT (usually a few days before and at the start of a period). 40g.
As with all Purbeck Apothecary teas, the packaging is compostable.

I’ve found PM tea really helpful with mood swings and depression around my time of the month. As soon as I feel low I start drinking Pm tea and it helps me to feel normal again. I ran out last month and really noticed how much it had helped the previous months! Just ordered some more and one for my cousin. It tastes really nice too.
