Organic Limeflower Tea

Limeflower or Linden blossom tea is widely drunk in France. It is one of the most pleasant tasting herbal teas and has some impressive health giving qualities. It is most well known for it’s beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system (lowering blood pressure and cholesterol) but it is also good for the gut mucosa and to reduce anxiety. An all round star herb which I use a lot in my herbal practice.

Please note that this tea should not be used excessively by anyone with heart disease. Herbal teas are generally safe but too much of anything is not good and lime flower tea can be harmful in excess.
